(hypothetically)
Someone could go out right now, take particular types of HGH and the necessary side-items and voila...innocent. Not to mention that "random testing" is not by any means random. When did these """random"""(sic) drug tests start? 2004? 2005? If Barry woulda juiced up in the 2000-2001 seasons....then gotten hurt and while I was out injured I would have juiced again...he could have beaten the system. Since so many players are roiding it up...I highly question MLB's testing processes. If everyone gets an "A" in spelling class and spells like GobblerLax...then obviously there's a flaw in the system. Maybe they should drug test every player, every month randomly...and one fail = you're done.
So McGwire may have been treated differently..that doesn't mean it's ok. McGwire was a media darling...no doubt about that. Most likely because he wasn't an ass-hat like Barroid is every time the camera was on him. Barry and his fans needn't complain about negative treatment by the media 'till Barry decides to stop being such a d-bag.
McGwire's treatment, Sosa's treatments, Giambi's, A-rod's....the price of tea...doesn't mean that Barry is off the hook.
Barry Badrinath: Oh man, that's the most disgusting thing I've ever drank.
Landfill: I doubt that very much, playboy
