Um, no. He should not be suspended. Where have you been the last 1 1/2 years? Remember the last time a group of individuals had their academic, personal and athletic lives ruined? He may be guilty as sin, but it needs to be proven. The commish is not an idiot and will not risk suspending a player who has no prior convictions/arrests/etc.

Personally I don't think he should have done anything. Not only has Vick not been convicted, but he hasn't even gone to court yet (I could understand a suspension if Vick had to attend lengthy court proceedings - it would obviously distract him from team obligations).
Could you imagine if MLB followed this same procedure? Half the players would be suspended on steroid suspicion alone.

I disagree Hugh. I think he has played his last game in a Falcons uniform. Arthur Blank was ready to suspend him for four games before the league got involved. If he is found guilty, the Falcons will look to recoup some of his big contract money through insurance.
