At #7, CU has to play CSU in the quarters. If they were #5 or #4, they would get Santa Barbara in the quarters. If I were guessing, I'd say that Univduke is bummed that his Buffs have to play the Rams again instead of getting a rematch with the Gauchos and potentially getting a shot at BYU in the semis.
Of course, I'm probably reading it all wrong...
