The descent of Maurice Claret continues:
"COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -- Maurice Clarett was arrested early Wednesday after a highway chase that ended with police using Mace on the former Ohio State running back and finding four loaded guns in his sport utility vehicle."

He's in a special club now with O.J. Simpson and Ryan Leaf. I wonder if they get a ring for being inducted?

Come on now, Buckner wasn't a criminal. It was criminal that he had been left on the field at that point of the game but I digress...

Fair enough, I shall remove Buckner from my original post. He just made a bone head play, but you are correct, he is no "bust" of an athlete/citizen.

you can replace Buckner with Lawrence Phillips. But Clarett has now surpassed Phillips as the most wasted piece of football talent ever (R. Williams excluded cuz he is still playing).
peace.

Here is one they missed:
"Former Ram gets 41 years for drug offenses and murder plot - former Los Angeles Ram football defensive back, Darryl Henley was convicted of trying to hire a man to kill his ex-girlfriend, and a judge, because of a drug trial."

They have been hinting on the news that Clarett may have been planning to kill one of the witnesses in his other trial. An assault rifle, three hand guns, and a bullet proof vest? Makes you wonder what he was getting ready for...

It's a tragedy when people have the entire world and some ridiculous opportunities in front of them and the self-inflicted downward spiral ruins it all. Claret really had it all going for him post-championship game. What a waste.

My favorite Mo Clo quote...."Gotta go get my Goose on...." In refrence to taking a couple of pulls off the bottle before practices...at both OSU and as a Bronco....teamates last year complained of him smelling like alcohol durring training camp....

Well at least I got to celebrate a national championship......

Anyone have any idea how to get a hold of the cd Mauricewas listening to in the car? Apparently it wasa compilation of prison inmates singing children's song.

For the record, I have never got "my goose on."

Goose free since '73!
