Zamboni_Driver you've done a great job to keeping us up-to-date with what is happening around the league.
In regards to Tom's post, I like it the way that Zamboni_Driver has set it up. I think its good to post the former rankings of teams in the W/L to see what pollsters thought about where teams should be ranked then, so that we might be able to determine a pattern of ranking by allowing us to compare the current status of their team ranking with their W/L ratio. Since this season has turned out to be quite exciting at times with upsets and surprizes, I think showing the rankings of how each team is ranked in each poll next to there current ranking might be a better indicator of their development throughout the season. For me, if I were a pollster, consistency would be a huge factor to look into when deciding where to rank a team. For example, is the loss to an unranked team at the beginning of a season while winning all other games more significant than a team that wins all their games and then loses to an unranked team at the end of their season? This especially makes it difficult when both of these teams make it to their respective division finals and lose when deciding which team should get an AQ bid to go to nationals.

So the ranks in the previous T25 W/T25 L summaries are locked based on when the game is played. The reason for that is before the year started we had a poll on whether people wanted the rankings locked at the time of the game or fluid as the season goes (more like laxpower). Freezing the rankings has won out by a large margin the last 2 years. Before next year we'll have another vote to see if that changes. But for this year, they are frozen.

Would it be possible to do the below in the future?
Then Now
#4 #7
Or something along those lines. Just a thought you could have both. But if it is a lot of work don't worry you already do enough as is.

I think that would become confusing. But for next year I have been considering 1 more column which is number of wins over teams ranked above them.

Utah beat CSU and CU. I'm pretty sure they're top 25 teams. I think they should get credit.

Good catch. Potentially a cut and paste error, cause I know I had that in there last week.
