Does anyone have the face-off stats for that game? I know it's just a few highlights, but it looked like Tucker really dominated the X in those clips.
Turtle gave Oregon such a huge possession advantage in year's passed. . .how are the new face-off specialists doing thus far in 2008? Those are huge shoes to try to fill. . .

Tucker really impressed me when he stepped into the main FOGO spot last year for Montana during the tourney. I want to say their main FOGO last year got hurt during the tournament and he stepped up big time.

Faceoff stats in Oregon Montana game
The faceoffs were not as uneven as shown in the video, in part because Oregon was very active in going after the ball after the faceoff. I'm am not sure how faceoffs are counted. If the faceoff player gets possession but the team fails to get the ball into the box, how is that counted? Since I have the whole game on tape, I could do stats although editing the game with so much action into 5 minutes was enough for a while.
Anyway, Tucker Sargent had some beautiful clean faceoffs that made good video and not having Turtle is one of the many differences between last years and this years Oregon team. He was so dominant in the PNCLL on FO.

The table didn't keep stats for our guys (and we rotate Tucker and Travis) but they have the stats for the two Ducks on the score sheet... #6 (Whyte) won 8/18 and #54 (Pittenger) won 1/4.
Don't think that quite adds up for a game total... but that's what I got from the sheet.
