If you look closely, the long pole is not under his arm.

On another note, I hear Dan with his reflective sunglasses was watching the game. Can Shawn Carman confirm this?

Love those uniforms. We had a Canadian coach when I first got to BYU, so I had maple leafs all over my helmet and stick.
