This is Idaho's first OOC trip. The Vandals are excited to have this opportunity to keep growing.

Good luck to you guys! Too bad the team won't have it's Head Coach along to lead them, but do the PNCLL proud regardless. Will the Vandals snatch their first-ever win over a D1 opponent? I think it could well happen, and maybe even tomorrow night. Go get 'em, Idaho!!!

a few things, first off good luck to idaho this week, enjoy the trip and do the pncll proud, i know PLU and i think SOU played nevada earlier in the year, if you haven't yet you should get ahold of bubba or mark and try to get some sort of scouting report on them.
i wish i could be there to see the CofI willamette game, should be a good game, good luck guys
PLU V SOU game could determine who is on the outside looking in as far as playoffs go. if they end the season with the same record this could be the tie breaker. i remember two years ago the game between us determined the 3rd and 4th seeds, we got montana in the semi's, not good!! this year could determine who even gets in!! can't wait for this score to go up

Thanks Dan and David, Mark already sent me a nice e-mail.
I'm definitely bummed that I couldn't make the trip but I am starting a new job next Monday and have too many deadlines with my dissertation due this week. I will be back on the sidelines for the remainder of the season and have full confidence in my assistant coaches and players to follow through on everything we have been working on in the last two weeks. We're looking forward to all three games. We played SMC last spring in Spokane and were happy to travel to them this year. It looks like Davis is having a solid year and should also be a great test. I was really trying to pick up Nevada last year and things fell through so it's great to end the trip against a fellow WAC school.

Good luck, Vandals. Do the potato state proud! Cool to see a little WAC overlap too, it might be fun to get a WAC tourney going somewhat like the PAC-10 Shootout... although I guess we would only have Utah St., UI, BSU and Nevada for MCLA teams!

We could hold it in Hawaii though...

Is it just a coincidence that most D1 teams aren't playing this weekend? All the best to Idaho, you got the whole Northwest rooting for you....
On another note I don't know what I'm more excited about, the polls coming out tomorrow or NEW SOUTH PARK!
I STILL like to party..............

Idaho, Idaho, GO GO GO!
