Princeton/UVA

Postby TexOle on Sat Mar 08, 2008 11:48 am

I just noticed that ESPN is televising the game. It is the real ESPN.

Has anyone ever been to a game at Georgetown? I am planning on catching the April 1 game against Mount St. Mary there.

First, Georgetown is amazing. Is is arguably in the Top 5 most beautiful campuses in America. Take some time to just walk around and gasp at the fact that people actually go to college there every day.

As for the UVA/Princeton game, great game so far. Awesome that it is on regular ESPN. Bummer that it's in torrential rain...

It is the best field, on top of a parking garage, that I have ever played on.

Hofstra just beat Hopkins, 8-7 in OT.

Princeton hosts Hofstra next weekend.

Right now, Duke is pummeling Loyola from what I can see on ESPNU.

I caught a Georgetown and Navy game there 2 years ago during the NCAA quarterfinals. Very nice field surrounded by dorm rooms and a library. It rained the whole time and my wife sat up in the library and watched the game.

They rarely play on Kehoe anymore-they play mostly on the lower field

Presbyterian a lower middle range D2 team Vs arguably one of the better D1 team in recent history....I think Duke will let up at 20 and i see the Blue Hose scoring maybe 3. If they're lucky.
