Nope. We just don't have any games.

right now we all need to show a bit of patience and allow the season to mature. all of the assumptions as to who will most likely be in the conference show need to wait. with what DII is this year (with UM's graduation and several of the "frontrunner" teams losing lines of all-league players) everyone needs to just wait.

i do like conjecture from time to time as well, but everyone just needs to head to vegas and get it all out of their system.

I wonder if they're as good as their ultimate team...

Preview article finally posted. We'll try to get next week's preview done at least a day sooner. Sometimes work, and life, just gets in the way just a little.. Sorry for the delay, folks!

Great job guys! I really appreciate your hard work on these write-ups. Safe travels for all our road teams. I'm sure Monday will bring much more discussion with all of our D1 squads playing at least one conference game and a couple of solid D2 games.

Good article fellas. I wouldn't say CofI needs to show up with all their numbers to have a chance at upsetting us, heck, I wouldn't' even necessarily call us a clear favorite. We've barely been playing for a month (we start back late January) & I expect a dog fight. Sounds like the field could be a mudpit & at that point, you never know what's going to happen.

Did you ever play "one home and then one away?" I thought for the Grizz we had a special policy of one away and then another one away. . .

I appreciate the shout out in the weekly update Jason. All you presidents know how much work this can be and to find dedicated guys and start from scratch is even harder.

Everyone needs to stop worrying about "front runners" and the "team to beat". We played well last weekend. This may have surprised a couple of people in the league, but the season isn't over. Everyone is a contender and everyone should be looked at as the team to beat.

Just in case anyone hasn't heard yet (which might be everyone since this is the "official" announcement), GrizLAX.com will be hosting a live video broadcast of Montana's season opener against Gonzaga at Washington-Grizzly Stadium in Missoula on Saturday, Feb. 23. Face-off is at 1:00 pm (MST) and the broadcast will probably begin about 10 minutes prior.

We are planning to continue this service throughout the season, and hoping to get everything dialed out in time to broadcast the PNCLL Conference Championships in May.

If anyone else is interested in implementing this service for their team, send me a PM. The process is actually surprisingly simple and inexpensive.

Enjoy the show.

Will,

Will there be live commentary for the GU-Montana game on Saturday? Will there be any audio at all? Just curious. . .but I am very excited to watch the game online.

Great work. . .and what a great service you'll be able to provide PNCLL fans at this year's Final Four.

We're hoping to recruit one of our more distinguished alumni to comment on Saturday, but no promises for this first game. We will definitely be incorporating commentary eventually.
