Shafts

Postby DRich17 on Fri Feb 15, 2008 10:38 am

Does anyone know where I can get a shaft that is asymetric. I think that's the term. I'm looking for something like the old brine flip grips, or a Triax. I've got a Triax now (for a D pole, odd but I love it) and I need another pole that orients itself, one that is not just a classic grip. Does anyone still make shafts like these?

STX makes a shaft called the Shift. It has ridges on the top, but is smooth on the botton (if that makes any sense). That's the only one I can think of.

Doesn't look like it comes in a d-pole.

Luckily I still have an old Triax I use, but I just got this last summer and it's pretty nice as well:

You want the Kanuga grip. They show what it is, but it's essentially a triax. Weight is lighter than Ti but still pretty strong.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
