From looking back at previous seasons, Vanderbilt appears to be a middle of the pack SELC team. They finished third in their division in each of the last few years compiling a 17-16 record from 2005-2007.

This was a very quality win by SMU and with more like this, they should start getting more votes for the top 25.

Any word on SFA @ Sam Houston St.
