IE nightlife, proximity to the outdoors, economy, housing costs/availability, etc......As you know (remember we don't want anyone else to know) Pittsburgh is a very well kept secret, especially when you're talking about purchasing power. Denver's cost of living is more expensive, there's less history, there's more racial diversity, better skiing, probably more women, the Broncos are not as important as the Steelers, no rolling green hills......it looks a lot like Utah but way more fun. These are the first things that pop into my head. Denver is kind of West Coast in the way that Pittsburgh is kind of Mid West.....the people in Denver are a little more of what you would find in AZ, NM, & NV (sorry Utah...you are comparable only to Utah) then they are Kansas, Wyoming or Nebraska. Just like most of the Western cities Denver is growing and you will find a lot of transplants. You will also see a lot of Central and South American influence......both of these are the opposite of Pittsburgh. Hopefully this helps a little. Shot me a PM if you like.

You forgot to mention the accent in don-taun picksburg en-at. Don't forget to pronounce all your double L's like W's.

Daun arown-a haus. Sawthside is kouw. they got dem Stillers too. Mawnt Worshintin is a good place to stay. Bring bumbershoot cuz it might drizzle en-at.

Hit up Dangelis for a couple sugars en-at.

and add S's to all department stores or people will have no clue what you are talking abawt. K-marts, Walmarts.

Chris,

You forgot to mention Red Rocks! That alone is worth moving to Denver for!

The best concert you will ever see! Red Rocks is great.

You know you feel at home in Denver as a lacrosse player when you drive downtown and see giant banners with Josh Sims and Brian Langtry on them.

There is no other place I would rather live. Luckily I married a DU Lax girl, so we will be back ASAP!

Ahhhh...nice call. I've seen everything from Metallica to the Tabernacle Choir at Red Rocks. Nothing like it.
