Scouting Unwritten Rules

I am new to the MCLA as well as the SELC, but I was wondering if there is any unwritten rules about giving game tapes or scouting reports to out of conference teams or out of SELC region teams? Or does anyone actually tape games or make scouting reports?
I come from NCAA Division II where we try to keep our in conference teams secrets secret especially when it might come down to playoffs. Just curious.

Just remember Rule #1 - No videotaping of the defensive signals - it can cost you a lot!
