Terrific game tonight, I thought UCLA had made a miracle comeback only to have the apparent game-winning field goal blocked on the final play. Oh well, there goes my entry in this thing.... by virtue of a single finger deflecting the kick.

I couldn't believe it. The kicker made 2 over 50 yards...but the line faltered under a sub 30 kick...crazy. Pretty good (entertaining) bowl season so far!

I haven't seen the master spreadsheet or an update either, but i am near the bottom of the pack also so have all but given up already. UCLA, Memphis, BSU and (scoreless) Nevada have put me in the dumps.

I think Boise State has screwed just about every body. I knew Skip Holtz was on the rise but I never thought they'd knock off Boise State.

Jess, I'm like you - i put the big numbers on the games I was most confident in. Corbin will have to score it both ways - or take the inverse!

So if I'm reading this right the confidence ratings are only for funsies--they don't count in determining the overall contest winner.

[Purdue vs Central Michigan]

Dorian Bryant is lethal with the ball in his hands. Comparable to Hester in terms of ability with the rock. But more of an all-around threat on the offensive side. Hester has better breakaway speed, but Bryant's cuts are INSANE.

This "dual-threat" qb for Central Michigan is dual-sucking. He can't complete a pass and can only make good runs on offensive holding.

At least in the first half.

LOL yeah I have watched a couple CMU games (sign of no life) and each time they hype up this Lefevour guy like he's some legit player but he always sucks. The only games he does well in apparently are MAC games and not against major conference opponents. That would be the definition of mid-major talent.

The game has become entertaining because Purdue is trying to lose harder than CMU is.

Thank you Chuck Norris.
