I'm wondering what the average and maximum attendance figures are for MCLA teams. We have pulled in a couple hundred in the past but I'd like to compare by region and maybe even go after beating some of the higher figures this spring.
Also, please make a note if you charge admission and how you advertise on campus and around the community.

For our home games
Average: 30
Maximum: 250
We do not charge admission. These are only guess at our attendance figures. Also, Friday night games draw significantly more fans.
I also, have no idea how many people are rooting for us on the road, but I would say on average it is less than 10. We don't have a big following yet.

At Charlotte:
Average: around 30-40
Maximum: several hundred on our current field
Most of our advertising is word of mouth. We do alot of facebook advertising, making events and such. I advertise during our basketball games by wearing lacrosse gear(that alone increased the # of people who knew we had a team ten-fold).

Average: 2 frats
Max: 4 frats
We do not charge admission, and we advertise at the 10am kegger before the games.
Pretty much it's a huge slopfest on the quad - Ryan's seen it.

Average:20 maybe 30
Max:150-200 last year V UNO
Dont charge. The only advertising we do is on facebook inviting friends and family. Our first game of the season is usually has the biggest attendance. Many do not like watching our games in our indoor facility. Its hard to see the ball.

Average is somewhere in the range of 50-100
I believe the max is someone near a thousand, but we have yet to draw a crowd that large
Our field is very close to most of the dorms so we get a lot students to come watch, but we also get a lot of faculty and staff to watch us as well. Our largest attendance last year was when we played St. John's University on a Friday night and the second was when we played the University of Minnesota in the a dome, which we had at least 100+ in attendance. We do not charge admission
We do most of advertising by word of mouth, school newspaper, and facebook. We also get a little love from the local radio station WCCO, 830 AM

but for the florida game i dont know how many we had but the side line was jammed with people all the way down atleast 3 deep. it was our biggest home crowd
the UGA GT game usually puts a lot of fans in the stands @ a nuetral site which is a HS, i would say its half to 3/4 full.... does this sound right jim

Not sure which one that was. The first year they had it at a neutral site (Harrison), there was a whole day's worth of events that was well-advertised. Fans were maybe near 2,000 at one point. Two seasons ago at Chattahoochee, it was much less advertised with the high school kids and there were a few hundred fans. Last season was back at Harrison and the numbers were back way over 1,000. Those are my estimates, nothing official.
