Hot-Dish Results?

Hot-Dish Results?

Postby USTLAX06 on Sun Oct 07, 2007 6:05 pm

Anyone care to comment on the Hot-Dish Classic? Post Results? Who looked good/who didn't? Did any team showcase some new talent?

Just wanted to get something going since most teams got their first look other than their own colors this weekend.

There was a little blurb on Kare 11 last night about it. It really did not focus on the lacrosse part, but the hotdish cooking and eating part.

They had an unfair advantage because we didn't let our defending champion Jack "Princess" Stroesnner participate :)

Anyhow, back to the question at hand. How did everyone do?

Lakers beat Madison in OT to be the 2007 Hotdish winners.

Northstars lost to Madison on Sunday morning by a few, beat the UofM in the consolation.

The only comment I'll make on the UofM is that Phil is playing really well in net!

Didn't see much from other teams.

Sounds like some good games. Would have loved to been able to play and coach there but we headed to Missouri (Lindenwood) this weekend. Sounded like the food portion got some press.

Check out the thread in the GRLC forum. Looks like all teams did well.
