So with the races being so close and the Brewers possibly getting into the post season for the first time in 25 years, I am curious on what people think.
Cubs & Brewers are tied with 12 games left in the season.

Come on, it's the Cubs... you know they're going to tank in the next 12 games.
But the 'Crew doesn't have a cake walk either. They lost Sheets last night, and have to finish out a four game series at Atlanta before returning home to close out against the Cards and the Padres.
Cautious optimisim is what I'm going to proceed with... I'm hoping they can get it done. The last time they saw October action I was three months old!

It is all about the pitching. Z has got to fix his problems, but I have no doubt when the big spotlight comes he will be ready. Dempster needs to also focus on his duties, but the Cubs do have other relievers. The Cubs also have a very potent offense. I know the Brewers lead the majors in the longball category, but the pitching and youth have me skeptical.

The way the crew is swinging the bat right now is reminiscent of April, when it pitching didn't matter. I wonder if they are going to make a similar run down the stretch.
Either way, they have take 3 out 4 from the Padres at the end of the season, that will be tough. I think they overcome the challenge and beat the Cubbies.

Panchito, I'm sure you and all of Milwaukee have heard this....

"Osmosis" is one of my best friends, and "Gintronic" is his old college roommate.
I can tell you this, there's a hilarious remix version that'll be released when the Brewers reach the playoffs, and now with Yi being signed, they're working on a sequel to "Big Bad Deer"
