Hey Everyone this is Matt Cost the Asst. Coach/ former player.

I wanted to say thank you to everyone for their Prayers and Blessings.
God is listening and He has been with us the whole time.

As of right now we have had many players who were not seriously injured flown home or into lynchburg this morning. There is another flight taking the remaining players leaving tonight. 3 players will have to remain in the hospital for a little while but their families are there or on their way there.

I have not been able to hear from coach westfall or his situation with his children but his wife is there with them.

Again God bless all of you who have lifted up prayers and thoughts,
Matt

I just heard aboutit from the BYU telecast. With all the squabbles on the message boards, its good to know that we all know what's important. May God Bless the Liberty U. family during this time. We are all with you.

Thanks, I have talked to several players and Coach Westfall. Everything that can be done, besides healing, is being done. The school has really gone above and beyond for us. I really cannot think of anything that we may need. The team has really bonded on another level after this and they want to play on. First game back is at Univ of Southern Virginia on March 31 then App State at Liberty on April 1. Anybody that can make it to these games to show these guys support would be a great thing. Come to the game and say hello afterwards. The outpouring of kind thoughts and prayers has been tremendous and means a lot.
