Las Vegas “Best of the West” 2007

DATE:
Saturday November 3rd

LOCATION:
Kellogg & Zahar Sports Complex
West Washington Ave. at North Buffalo Ave.

FORMAT:

* There will be a Saturday Tournament for both Div I & Div. II Teams.
* Both Tournaments will be a Championship Format.
* Each Team will be Guaranteed 3 Games on Saturday.
* Tournament Games will be 2 – 25 Minute Running Halves.
* All 2008 NCAA Rules apply.

ENTRY FEE:

* We are estimating the Entry Fee to be $500.00 per team.
* The Entry Fee will be set once we have field & official costs finalized.
* Teams wanting a scrimmage game Fri. night will have an additional Fee for officials.

HOTELS:
There is a weekend is the annual “Sema” Convention in Las Vegas. Hotels are selling out! We’ve made contacts with the following hotels with a contracted rate of $129.99 per night per room. The rooms will not be held for long, call right away to get your reservations. It’s not required to stay at these locations to participate in the tournament – good luck getting rooms in either case.

And notoriously cheap. Lavell Edwards once said when BYU fans go to Vegas for a bowl game they bring their commandments and a twenty dollar bill. And they don't break either one.
