Excuse me, but how do Mark Cuban & Jerry Jones not make this list? Something's wrong.

Im sorry but an sports jerk list that doenst have T.O. or his sleezeball agent in the top 10 is bogus in my book. The guy singlehandedly dismantled a Super Bowl callibre team and for some reason dominated every day of Sports Center for an entire year just for being an abhorent cocky showboat. I mean they put John McEnroe, Randy Moss, and Michael Irvin miles above T.O. in the list. NO excuse

Mark Cuban is not a Jerk, he is just a computer dork with enough play money to be a owner/fan.

Jerry Jones is not a jerk. Not the smartest guy in the world when it comes to football (although he does have 3 superbowls), but he is not a Jerk.

I think that Catlax man is mad that Jerry Signed Deion away from the 9ers in the mid 90's

Mark Cuban deserves to be on this list for his ever annoying presence courtside arguing with officials, running out on the court, and displaying his cry-baby face every time a foul is called on one of his players. Please, enough camera time for this guy already.

Jerry Jones also warrants a place on this list for his self-aggrandizing attitude and his wanting to cut his own deal with licensing products and not sharing it with the league and other owners, just like they all do. Anyone who ran Jimmy Johnson out of town because he took too much credit away from him and turned around and hired Barry Switzer should get a permanent place on this list.

It has nothing to do with Dallas, but they both happen to be there......... Maybe it does have something to do with Dallas.

TO definitely deserves to be higher. I've hated him ever since he caught the touchdown to beat the Packers in the playoffs...and he was on my favorite team for several years after that.

After reading about Albert Belle, he seems like he should be higher. I didn't know he was that bad. On another note, Tonya Harding was the only woman and she was ranked top 5.

Lawrence Taylor should not be that high. Being a substance abuser does not automatically make you a "jerk".

How is Ryan Leaf not in the top 5?

I nominate the following for this list:

1. Gary Bettman
Anyone remember the NHL? Ah, I thought so.

2. Vince McMahon

3. Isaiah Thomas
He not only killed the CBA but the Raptors, the Pacers and the Knicks.

4. Karl Malone, Danny Ainge, Scott Skiles, Rick Mahorn and Bill Laimbeer

5. Chick Hernandez (For all you DC sports fans)

6. T.O.
or as Jim Rome calls him "Two"

7. Jim Rome
Oliver Stone nailed him with McGinley's character in Any Given Sunday and how can you slam people for writing their "takes" when you have a staff of writers for yours.

8. Pete Rose
Just ask Ray Fosey.

9. Patrick "Yeah, we make a lot of money, but we spend a lot of money too" Ewing

10. Dixie Walker and Tom Yawkey

From the cinema:

Jimmy "Avoid the Clap" Dugan
Roger Dorn
Ogie Ogilthorpe

and a bonus, just remember that during the last player strike/lockout, Bonds petitioned the court to have his alimony and child support payments decreased. Stay classy, B.B.!

Donk! Out of the park on that one, I'm amazed he wasn't named top 20

Another one is Bud Selig for petitioning Milwaukee/Waukesha Counties to help pay for a new stadium for the Brewers, then selling them outright later.. shady

"Joey" Belle also threw balls into the stands at fans who heckled him and don't forget the profanity he threw at Hannah Storm during the 1995 WS. He also chased down trick-or-treater who he thought egged his house (they didn't).

Oh I would like to add another to my list about:

Jeffery Maier
