Lets look at it this way steroids are so big in baseball that no one well ever no who used them and who didnt, it just makes me sick how people can taint such a great American sport if your not good enough to be in baseball without steroids then you shouldnt be in the Majors end of story and it just makes me sick when I look at Barry Bonds cuz you just dont triple your size from 1995 to 2007 thats a load of crap saying he worked out a lot come on, and as for baseball, there should an * next to all those who have taken and or we know have taken steroids, cuz Im the biggest St Louis Cardinals fan I know besides my father and as much as it hurts me to admit it, Mark Mcqurie took em too just like Sammy Sosa, Roger Clemans, Ahole-Rod and many others. If I were to guestimate I would say that baseball has been tainted since 1995 with steroids and if the league does not do something about it, its just gonna get worst. Lets not even get started on HGH that convo would go for days, come on smart scientists lets get some testing for that as well. To end lets just say Im embarassed to be a fan of baseball tonite because its biggest jerk, baby, and cheater, just broke the most coveted record in all of Cooperstown, Im sorry Hank you did it on beer and hot dogs just like good ole Babe, and I hope Barry just walks away from baseball next year knowing that he did it with an * (steroids), but he will prolly not because he's an ass and he knows the league cant catch what he did in the past, but maybe just maybe his trainer will get sick of prison and being somebodys bitch and open his big mouth, to tell everyone what a cheat Mr. Bonds really is, because I know that his father Bobby would be sick of what his son has become, just as good ole Willie Mays is, having no choice in being the godfather to such a disgrace, but dont get me wrong Barry Bonds was a great athlete and he did get 7 MVPs, but the real question is how many of those should have * next to them as well? Ill tell you my guess and only three of them are untainted 1990, 1992-93, thats it all the rest were done with steroids, just look at the pictures from those year's and the pictures today and you'll see the difference, plus I just dont think flax seed oil makes your head get that big, look at that dome.

agreed, i had to take half of my HGH stash just to finish reading it.
Here's my question...maybe someone can explain it to me...if you test positive for an illegal drug...shouldn't you be in jail? I mean I know laws aren't always necessarily logical....but if there's proof that you consumed an illegal drug that should be proof enough no? Or is it simply "illegal to possess, not illegal to take"?

It may be that the drugs are not criminally illegal (after all, HGH has many benefits to those that actually need it), but violate the rules for a sport. for example, swimmers have been disqualified for having antihistamines and such in their bloodstream, but they are available over the counter.
Now why the Tour de France riders get hauled away by the cops is another question - I'm not sure they are ever prosecuted in court.

It is illegal in America to possess HGH unless prescripted (I thought).

i don't necessarily disagree with what you said, just make a few more actual sentences and perhaps a few paragraph breaks. Spell check is handy as well.

Danny Hogan is my hero...
Oh and A-Rod's name was brought up because Canseco mentioned it in relation to a new book. But after all the stuff he wrote in the first one (I didn't read it), how does he have any left for a second one and why didn't he mention it in the first one?

Oh my bad for not spelling correctly or having sentence breaks at 3:15 in the morning, excuse me, I was irrate and just wrote what came to mind and spit it out and for the most part I think its a pretty good statement, and as for A Rod look at him with the Mariners and now and dont tell me working out got him that big.
Also I didnt know the forums were an English class, hmm I guess I missed something when they created this.

Look at Tiger Woods now and when he first came into golf... either working out works, or he's on steroids too. As a BoSox fan, I hate to say it, but A-Rod seems legit.

The best was when someone accused Mark Prior of being on steroids. Mark Prior responded "Have they ever seen me?" The witch hunt needs to stop. Let's start to focus on playing baseball, and this has to come from the players policing baseball.
From Field of Dreams:
From Field of Dreams:
Ray, people will come Ray. They'll come to Iowa for reasons they can't even fathom. They'll turn up your driveway not knowing for sure why they're doing it. They'll arrive at your door as innocent as children, longing for the past. Of course, we won't mind if you look around, you'll say. It's only $20 per person. They'll pass over the money without even thinking about it: for it is money they have and peace they lack. And they'll walk out to the bleachers; sit in shirtsleeves on a perfect afternoon. They'll find they have reserved seats somewhere along one of the baselines, where they sat when they were children and cheered their heroes. And they'll watch the game and it'll be as if they dipped themselves in magic waters. The memories will be so thick they'll have to brush them away from their faces. People will come Ray. The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been baseball. America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It has been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt and erased again. But baseball has marked the time. This field, this game: it's a part of our past, Ray. It reminds of us of all that once was good and it could be again. Oh... people will come Ray. People will most definitely come.

Yeah but Tiger is also 31 years old and has been in the PGA (a non impact sport) since 1996. Muscular growth in your 20's is pretty standard if one eats right and exercises. Bonds' """""growth""""" spurt occurred in his late 30's/early 40's....a time when most athletes in his sport are retiring and eating Werther's Originals while chasing kids off their lawn.

Wether or not it's English class, only Gobblerlax gets a syntax , grammar and spellcheck pass. He is, after all, the "Thread Killer." All else: see your old High School copy of Strunk and White's Elements of Style.
