If it was in no way funny, hate to break the news to you, but then it wasn't a joke. Say what you want, but people seemed to share a few more laughs when it was at your expense instead...maybe you should try that route next time. And as was already pointed out, self-disparagement can be very funny at times. Trust me....you'll have plenty of material.

Speaking of funny at times, I have no idea who uwec_attack is, but the fact that he had a picture of Kaufman's greatest character at the ready.....absolutely incredible! Cheers my friend, summing up what took me a few paragraphs, in one spectacular screen shot.

The real key, timing in is everything...

P.S. and none of your friends ever called it that, it "pennies" not "pinneys"; 'Well I have never heard of a semey-tractor trailer'
"The old birds call me Choo, choo."

If you're going to get pedantic, it's pinnies.

Cue Benson and his "The More You Know" graphic.

Seems like Brent Burns spawned a discussion on "pinnies" "pennys" "pennies" in the water cooler some time ago but I am not sure what the result of that was.

Yea we all called it that, ever since 6th grade its been pinneys (or however you manage to spell it). But i guess it may be a regional thing? Like "RAH RAH so and so" here and RAY RAH back east after the game. Tomatoes, Toma(h)toes?
