Womens' vs. Mens' Championships - CSTV coverage?

I read in the WDIA National Championship Chat that the women's national championship game was broadcast on CSTV in mid May? Is this true?

I was wondering if someone that had more information could confirm it, and maybe provide insight as to how they got the game broadcast on CSTV and why we couldn't for the men's national championship?

Or maybe i'm way off here - at any rate I was curious when I heard about their great opportunity. I'm sure many people looked into this so I was wondering what happened and what the conclusion was. I know we'd love to have something like the CSTV coverage for the national championship on the men's side!
