How about a poll about best looking Bonebaddy's waitress?

Or a poll for best stat guys- has to be Nick and I, when I actually showed up to help him... but I did bring a chick-fil-a sandwich. When you are on air "talent" like me I have people I must talk with before games and what not.

I got a poll:
BEST UNIFORMS?
BYU, UM, UF.... others?

NOT BEST LOOKING, but fine
BC, TAMU, Oregon (the black ones)... others?

LOVED BYU's jerseys. They looked sharp, especially with the "Cougars" t-shirt exposed by the waist (even if it is illegal). My least favorite have to be a tie between Southwestern & ASU. I am just not that into yellow.

You weren't the one trying to decipher the unreadable Oregon numbers from the press box.

I liked Dayton's, Michigan's, BYU's and BC's. As for the yellow, some are hit and miss. I like traditional, so in that respect the unis from Bone Daddy's win hands down.

As for Ken, glad to see the blood is flowing up and just so you know, in the business there is a saying "Just because they are called 'talent', does not mean that they are talented." Stick with me kid and you will go places. Just look what it did for Todd with Two Ds.

BYU and Michigan's Numbers were too big, not a fan of that.

I'm not really crazy about the big numbers either (although from the press box I can really see why they are beneficial), but Nike went with big numbers on their uniforms this year (see Hopkins, Virginia, Syracuse, etc. for other examples in the same uniform) because the NCAA rule book recommends them at those sizes, and the word is it will be a requirement in the next couple of years.

yeah when they take up your whole back it just looks silly. Imagine the girls at bone daddies with full numbers so you could decipher them, you wouldnt like that now would you...

The big numbers create an optical illusion that make the players look VERY small. From far away, it looks like a team of midgets or youth players, even if everyone is nearly six foot.

I think you are giving way too much credit to certain teams...Why should BC be ahead of ASU...they lost to them in the tourney...it is not really for us to decide who played who and how hard this team or that team played...that being said I think this is a cool idea, and this is how I see it...

I am relying heavily on the results from the tourney....I have tried not to base this poll on the results of the regular season...teams like Michigan and Noma, obvioulsy hurt themselves in this tourney, and I don't think it should go unnoticed...Consolation games should count for something...as always...
That is just my opinion...I could be wrong...

BC lost to ASU in a consolation game...doesnt mean anything. BC only played their starting goalie for 1 quarter, and only 3 of their normal starters started in the game. ASU also emptied their bench in the game. It cant be used to judge at all. That said...you have NU at 5, and BC at 8? BC beat NU twice in the regular season, and was the PCLL champ. Why should NU be ahead of them? BC had a very, very tough draw in the 2nd round with BYU, a team that blew everyone out on their way to the championship.

Sonoma played without their face-off man due to pulled-hamstring suffered in final quarter of 1 conselation game. He did not play at all in final game against Texas A&M and I not sure if they won a face-off all game.

Sorry, didn't know how to put it better. Sonoma was in the top 10 all year with wins against #19 teams or higher. They showed in the WCLL semis and in the tournament that they were overrated. Michigan was not a heck of a lot better, coming in ranked very high from a "so-so" season. Always a lot of talk around Michigan, but not much bite this year. It always seems to be that no matter how those two teams play, it is hard to move them too far back in the polls. If that is going to be the case, they shouldn't feel bad when they get slammed a bit in the polls for not living up to their rankings. As is life...

The wait staff at BoneDaddy's, while very easy on the eyes, doesn't really apply because they are up close and personal. You don't need 10" numbers on them to properly identify them.

You do need larger numbers to see Coffman driving to the hoop with the ball in his stick.
