Anyone watch the amazing game today between Cornell vs Albany? Cornell wins with 4 seconds left in OT.

I didn't watch the game, but I was closely following Laxpower's LAGR the whole time. I read that Max Seibald did everything including stripping the ball from someone and passed the ball to another guy to finish the game, I guess.

Queener was amazing...unfortunate someone had to lose that game.

Hopkins is drilling G'Town...10-4 in the 4th.

The Final Four now has two "Old Guard" teams- Cornell and JHU. Cornell and JHU are one of the "Seven"- the teams that have won the NCAA Div. I title since 1971.

The "Seven" are:

Johns Hopkins
Syracuse
Princeton
Virginia
North Carolina
Cornell
Maryland

If UNC wins, that would make them the third "Seven" team in the Final Four. If not, two "Seven" teams, one returning team (Duke) and a newcomer (UMBC or Delaware) will be in the Final Four.

I would LOVE to see a Delaware / Duke final, with Duke winning in OT. Either way, I wish I were going home next week to see it all.

Just one more game for either Duke or UNC to join the FF:

Cornell vs. Duke (as of at 7:33 pm CDT)

JHU vs. Delaware

Men's Division III will be a rematch of last year's exciting title game between Cortland and Salisbury for this year's final. Cortland won, 9-8 over Wesleyan, and Salisbury defeated Gettysburg, 9-6.

There have been some great games, but I think the selection committee dropped the ball with putting Cornell in as a #4. I'm glad the Cornell/Albany matchup happened, but putting Cornell and Duke in the same side of the bracket is a joke.

As most of y'all already know, it is halftime, and UNC is leading 8-5 over Duke. I would imagine the second half would be big.

What a second half by Danowski and company. They just made a quality UNC team look sluggish. I've always been a Hopkins fan, but I'm really pulling for Delaware and for Duke just to get away from talks of "The Seven."

It would be awesome to see Delaware in the finals, but all in all, how cool is it that Duke made the final four this year after last year's debacle? I hope they win the championship.

I like when i was watching the games and heared about the players who had verbal commitments to Duke before the hoax and then pulled out to go to other teams. Then see those teams lose in the end. I know some freshmen went to the Hoyas and NC. I am not saying that what they did was wrong but i bet they are all rethinking their decision.
