This could be the best series this round, Its always great to have an instate playoff, more intense play and it becomes more physical. Should be interesting to see what happens during the games at the Garden.

This is an aside note to the NHL playoffs--

AHL (American Hockey League) Calder Cup playoffs:

Hartford Wolfpack (Rangers) vs. Providence Bruins series: 2-2

Rochester Americans (Sabres) vs. Hamilton Bulldogs series: 2-2

I am not sure about the IHL playoffs.

Canucks/Ducks went into Double OT last night. With all of their OT games, the Canucks have now played an extra two full games worth of hockey in just 9 games. This is some pretty exciting stuff.

Great to see the Rangers even the series although it was a close call with 13 seconds left when Briere scored but lunquists pad covered the camera angle. Great call by the War Room in Toronto :D

LET'S GO RANGERS!! I understood that it was a second straight game that there was a lenghty video review.

Yeah but the replay must show undisputable video evidence that the puck went in. Unfortunately lundquists pad was blocking the shot that would have shown the puck was across the line, yeah it sucks for the Sabres but makes the series that more intense and with Jagr playing like he his, Briere and Vanek better step up soon or the Rangers may beat um!

Well the Sharks have shown me they really know how to close it out. Three cheers for them and the two goals they gave up with 5 seconds left in the 2nd and the game tying goal with 30 seconds left in the third, just to lose it with 4 minutes left in OT. That along with the Warriors stellar 0-15 run in the last 2.5 minutes of the game the other night. We are playing like true champions in the bay area right now
