Even if you live in a luxurious mansion, it's nice to get out of the house every once in a while.
That's how the Colorado Mammoth feels this week. No knock on the Pepsi Center - it's widely considered one of the most home-friendly venues in the National Lacrosse League - but the season is almost a month old and the Mammoth has yet to play away from Denver.
That will change tonight, when the Mammoth dons its road gray uniforms for the first time this season in San Jose, -Calif., against the Western Conference rival Stealth (9, Altitude).
"It's always good to get a road game with the team, you know?" Mammoth defenseman Jamie Hanford said. "We're all in the hotel together, you get close, you eat dinner together. It'll be good.
