just wondering why is NDSU ineligable for the tournament?

And

What do the games look like (time, who plays who, etc.)

Correct they recieve a bye in the quarters and the match ups go

If I heard correctly, NDSU self reported an inelligible player who played in recent games, disqualifying them from postseason activity.
