Congrats to BSU on their first PNCLL playoff berth.

Congratulations to all on making the playoffs. I'm very pleased with the Vandals this year and feel confident in saying the rebuilding year was a total success. You always want to win but this year I've learned that winning with a team that will keep coming back stronger every year is more important than scratching out a win here and there with a group that will keep turning over. The small roster that stuck it out this year will be back (with a few seniors and transfers) along with a solid incoming freshman class. I'm also pleased to announce the Kibbie Dome will be getting new field turf this summer and will be painted and ready to go for our cold early season games. We have also received solid support from our A.D. and look forward to coming back stronger next year. Thanks to Rob McQuade for working with our defense and bringing that unit together this year, along with everything else he has done for me and thanks to my guys for playing with heart this year and never really falling out of the game (even when things could have gotten out of hand). Thanks to the rest of the PNCLL for a great year and good luck to those still alive, I'll see you in Tacoma this weekend!

Ryan,
Idaho has really come a long way from the team I played against in '05. It was nice to see the improvement Sunday and I look forward to catching the next battle of Idaho in 08. Good luck
