South Dakota 1
Dordt 18
Dordt came ready to play, South Dakota did not. Nothing was working for USD (ground balls, passing, clears) Dordt took advantage. One illegal stick for each side, Dordt lost a goal as a result. Thanks Dordt for making the trip, good luck the rest of the season.

Anyone have any knowledge on what is going on with Mizzou for next weekend? MCLA says that they play Friday @ 7:30 vs Central Mich. and 8:00 vs Kansas State....there must be an error there but just wondering what the correct schedule is?

Unofficially, SLU v. Rolla is rescheduled for Friday Night. We are confirming officials and fields right now.
Harding v. SLU was a good game and was close until Harding blew it open in the fourth. Thank you Harding for coming up.

In an embarrassing loss to conference and state rivals, KSU effectively knocked KU out of contention for any post season possibilities Friday night in Manhattan. KU had plenty of opportunities, executing our offense just fine, but never finding the back of the cage. KSU's goalie hung tough, but was also assisted in the fact KU players couldn't hit anything but the goalie. KU's loss to KSU 7-6 is the first time in 5 games against the Wildcats. KSU played well, and kept the pressure on the entire game.
Sunday's matchup against Illinois State was KU's last home game of the season. Playing for pride, KU was down 1-3 at half, when ISU came out with a few quick goals in the 3rd. KU started to fall apart with too many penalties allowing ISU to seize to EMO goals and run away with the game. Bad passes, turnovers, and penalties cost KU the game in the second half.
Good luck to all teams in the playoffs. KU heads to Missouri this Saturday to take on the Tigers and Central Michigan. The game could have potential playoff implications for MU if KU can take the border war sword back home and end the season with a W.
