Washington Bayhawks????

Just found this article on westsidelax.com:

So does this mean that the Bayhawks are indeed transferring from Baltimore out to Washington?

I haven't seen any press announcement on majorleaguelacrosse.com or seen anything else on here stating that this is a reality.

Does anybody have any information to back up this story?
