Here is to more Carm and Meadow!
That's exactly what I was thinking. After talking about the DNA, he gets his sweaty shirt ripped off. This show is all about foreshadowing. I think Bacala will get busted and roll over or get whacked.

I could see Bobby getting busted and then rolling over on Tony under pressure from Janice.

I'm not a criminal atty, and know little about police methods. I also have watched this show about 3 times. Because HBO has a free preview, I watched the premier. Back to the point at issue.
BUT.....
If Bobby does not have a criminal record (i.e no prints in some database) the fact that he left the gun and shirt behind will only become relevant if the police can otherwise identify him and place him at the scene. At that point, the gun and the shirt will guarantee conviction, assuming no evidenciary issues preclude their admission to evidence. Again, they have to know who they are looking for before the prints/DNA become valuable to them.
Unless in the last few years Dept of Fatherland- I mean HOMELAND - Security has a Fingerprint/DNA database on all American citizens. Then all bets are off, and he's toast.

I agree 100%. I am just looking at the history of this show and their flair for the dramatic with foreshadowing. Of course, I could just be reading too deeply into the DNA coversation...I tend to over-analyze this show.

Slur Clarification

For the record:
While the guy was Canadian, he was French-Canadian (which is ironic because they are neither French nor do most Quebecois consider themselves Canadian) thus the proper slur would be Frog.

This guy may have better ideas for the last episode than it probably will be.

i'm enjoying the developing season but i think it will end too abruptly. they are all over the road and the episodes do not have a whole lot to do with one another.

I think he is going to have to pull AJ into the family business. Watch AJ earn his bones, etc. Maybe AJ will go after his now ex-Puerto Rican girlfriend for giggles.
I think your dead on there. Some type of symbolism will unfold that relates to Tony's dad.

Tony kills Christopher?!?!?!?! I couldn't believe it...after the wreck happened I figured Christopher was done for but for Tony to actually do the deed himself, that was unexpected.
The scenes out in Vegas confused me a bit. Apparently peyote and pot are okay but heroin and coke are for "sniveling wimps", at least in Tony's world.
Maybe the illegal asbestos dumping is what brings down Tony. I could see the EPA going after him and then the Feds using that chink in his armor.
"I'm prostate with grief" too.
