That was one of the first things i did! It does work but your code is a little off.

up up down down left right left right B A B A select start :D

If I remember correctly, the select was not needed for single player mode. However, the select is needed when playing in two-player mode.

Kid Icarus was fantastic.

I think they released a version for the Wii, which by the way, is a really fun console.

If I remember correctly, that was only for SEGA. That code didn't work for the SNES.
