3/30 Sonoma State 6 Chico State 14

That's from the scoreboard page...http://www.collegelax.us/scores.php

03 / 30 Sonoma State Chico W 14-6

Thats from the Chico page...http://www.collegelax.us/team.php?id=89

I don't know enough to know how the scores get to collegelax, but I'm guessing there was a glitch in this one.

When the game was originally scheduled Chico was the home team. Due to weather conditions the game was moved to Rohnert Park. I think that is where the mistake may have originated. Although Chico was listed as the home team it was played at Sonoma and someone probably entered the score as SSU home and Chico away.

Bingo.

SSU won the game. CollegeLAX will be updated with 24 hours.

ASU is a young team that is peaking at the right time. They showed a lot of guts in the Oregon game (I was there). . .and to finish the week with a win over Michigan, that makes two wins over the #1 team in one week. . .a lot like Oregon did with CSU and BYU early on in the season.

If ASU doesn't find itself in the top-7 or 8 teams in the next poll, it will be criminal. Great job by Adam and the coaching staff at ASU. Sure, they were waxed by BYU at the start of the season, but that is not the same ASU team we're seeing now. . .and I think more recent games should hold more weight than early games. . .

I personally think ASU should be ranked #6 or #7 in the next poll. That being said, I saw the 20-5 BYU-ASU game and it was more than ASU having an "off" game. Those kind of scores don't happen from "off" games. There appeared to be a clear difference in skill and athleticism.
