Final score was actually 15-9.

Quarter breakdown fsu: 4 5 4 3
NU: 3 0 3 3

We definitely broke down in the second quarter, a lot of mental mistakes, penalties and such which you can't do against a team like FSU b/c they will capitolize. Their last goal came with :06 seconds left and our goalie out of the cage b/c we were doubling the ball. For our second game outside against sucha quality opponent, we didn't look too bad.

How's the snow treating all of you up there???

Box Score from Saturday evening's game in Clemson:

Clemson: 2 - 4 - 2 - 1 = 9
UConn: 0 - 2 - 4 - 1 = 7

I believe this was the first time out on the field for the Huskies in '05. Clemson hosts Pittsburgh tomorrow afternoon in Tiger Town while UConn heads to Athens to battle UGA on Monday night.

NU wrapped up it's trip on Friday night with a 21-4 victory over USF. NU went 2-1 on it's florida trip and is really looking forward to the rest of the season. We also want to thank UCF, FSU, and USF for having us there to play.

Final Box score from Monday night in rainy Athens, GA:
UGA: 4 - 6 - 4 - 3 = 17
UConn: 3 - 1 - 1 - 1 = 6

I believe UConn has one more out of conference game left on this trip in Tampa against Univ. of South Florida.

sculaxcoach wrote:Don't have the exact BC score but it was something like BC- 15, SU-4. Very sloppy game but never in doubt for BC. Understandable that Stanford was very tired being the third game in 3 days combined with a trip back from LA yesterday.

Many thanks. Sounds like solid win for a jet lagged BC squad.
