UGA: 4 - 6 - 4 - 3 = 17
UConn: 3 - 1 - 1 - 1 = 6

as reported by CE Lax:

Virginia Tech lead the whole game until the fourth quarter. VT was up 6-3 at halftime. Score then moved to 8-6 at the end of the third. Final score was 12-9 in favor of Sonoma State.

Sonoma State - 12
Virginia Tech - 9

It may be only one game but I'd sure say that VT is back after a couple down years. Good showing by Tech a long way from home against an elite team.

Only a second hand report, but a couple of observers this weekend at LMU were in agreement that the team to beat in the SELC this year will be VT, not FSU. It will be interesting to see if it works out that way.
