PNCLL Week #6 (3/13 - 3/19) Predict/Scores/Discuss

SFU has moved Mike Christians from Attack to Midfield. Needless to say, our one-time PNCLL Offensive MVP and perennial first-team All-Star is a great middie, with the speed and athleticism to excel all over the field.

From Ashland, OR
WWU 10
SOU 5

A great battle in the first half. We simply ran out of gas in the second half...Iron man lacrosse is tough. Hats off to WWU for capitalizing on our mistakes and showing some good LAX I.Q.

Sonny, I promise this is the last score I'll post until the game is final. . .

Texas Tech pulled to within 3 with :37 seconds left in the 3rd. . .but SFU scored a quick man-up goal and then another fast break off the face off and leads 15-10 at the end of the 3rd. I'll post the final score when this thing is over. . .

SFU 23, Texas Tech 11. . .

I guess the score was 11-10 Fraser at one point. . .and then they scored 12 unanswered before Tech scored one last goal late in the game.

Great weekend for the PNCLL, with SFU and UW both going 2-0 against good OOC competition.

Hey Hey, way to go Broncos! Being an Oregon native, yet loving the team I played for. Mixed emotions aside, you guys must have played a great game.

I only wish I would have made the trip to Bend to see the win.

Congrats Broncos! That's a big win with a lot of playoff implications.. We'll see how things turn out, but if I was a Bronco, I'd be cheering the Huskies on against SFU!
