Crazy end to the 3rd quarter. . .

Texas Tech got a penalty with :17 left in the 3rd, and UW was planning on holding it to maintain posession into the 4th. . .

But Ben Johns, holding the ball at the top of the box saw that TT left him alone, he sprints to the cage and buries a right-handed crankshot. . .16-12 UW. . .

Then TT goalie #4 throws his stick in disgust and gets put in the box for 30 seconds, so with :01 on the clock, UW is man up going into the 4th, and Texas Tech put their starting goalie back in the cage.
