Exciting game played in front of a big crowd at the newly renovated Cal Poly football stadium. Good contingent of Chapman supporters as well. Lots of open field action and fast breaks. Fun game to watch.
Chapman was up 5-1 halfway through the first quarter; only up 6-5 at the half. Cal Poly kept the momentum going into the 3rd quarter went on a run and took the lead. CP went up 8-6 before Chapman scored a goal in the 2nd half, and then it was back and forth the rest of the way with CP eventually coming out on top.
Wow! Great news for all those Chapman contrarians out there. Congrats Cal Poly. A great step towards the tournament. Why does Chapman continue to bus their fans to away games? Seems silly to me.

I didn't see a fan bus for Chapman.... I'm pretty sure they just have a lot of support up and down the coast.

neither offense was very good. a good defensive game, if you like that kind of thing.
