Lindenwood-16
State-8
Extremely hard fought game on both sides. Rec sports was gracious enough to allow us to play on such a wet field. Needless to say, the game turned into a mud bowl. Hats off to Lindenwood for their success in Texas.
cheers

Texas State were great hosts and some of the nicest guys you will meet. Thier goalie stood on his head and kept the score alot lower than it would have been.

I got to catch the first half of the TXSt. v. SU game.
Glad to see the Cats came back and started playing ball. You all forced a lot of junk in the first half and SU looked good as a result. Way to play from behind, guys.

No doubt, Austin women got it goin' on. Too bad we couldn't show 'em our 'other' game on Sunday.

I guess it will be played during the LSA's designated make-up week (April 18th- 23rd). The site says these games are played either in Dallas or Houston. My guess is that it will be played in Dallas, Saturday April 19th.

Brent-
I had a long discussion with Baylor Friday night about exactly why they were cancelling their games with us and KSU. I was told by them that they fired their coach early last week, had several people on the team quit, but as a team they had 17 people show up to practice on Thursday and commit to coming to Kansas, but when they met for the road trip on Friday 11 people showed, and 2 of them didn't want to go and walked away from the weekend. So they had 9 people with no coach. It's understandable that they didn't want to come, but my question is why did it get to that point, and is the LSA going to do anything about it. This was 1 game that we were looking forward to as a great OOC game to really measure where everyone stood.
Have you heard anything from Baylor yet as to this? Additionally, is there anything that can be done for it? Makeup games will be impossible at this time for our schedule, their schedule and KSU's schedule.
