Stonehill over Emory 9-8 (or 10-9) in OT.

Emory had a 3 goal lead with around 4 minutes left. Stonehill got some momentum and looked like a completely different team once they got "crunk". They won the opening face in OT, called timeout in the box and punched it in. A note...they scored the tying goal w/ .7 left on the clock in regulation.

Emory had a short sideline (due to Spring Break, my gf goes to Emory), but couldn't seem to kill the clock.

SCAD- 24
Citadel- 1

Citadel was down in numbers due to some school activities I believe. Citadel scored the first goal early but could not maintain the lead. Citadel's goalie looked sharp in goal, making some really nice saves. Thanks to Citadel for hosting.

the much awaited scad vs. okies game!

Postby gobblerlax05 on Mon Mar 12, 2007 8:09 am

from the mdia scad source: SCAD played close in the first half, trailing 5-3 to Virginia Tech, but it was ultimately penalties and turnovers that took SCAD out of the game. The Hokies took advantage of their man-up situations, as well as miscommunication by the Bees. The number of shots taken by both teams were comparable, but SCAD struggled to finish from close range.

score 13-5 hokies and get this they smell home turf bloood this week!
