Number one and two in the country!

Your effort is something we can all be proud of, thanks to your teams and coaches for representing our state so well.

Thanks also for helping debunk the myth that you need outside to play lacrosse well. Maybe now those California teams will abandon their green fields, and start practicing inside a giant meat locker, to gain a competitive advantage, and easy access to more protein?

Seriously though, keep up the effort, we're all rooting for an All Minnesota Championship.

There's a thing in the most recent ESPN magazine about a guy who was training for a 100k running race in Anarctica by training in a giant freezer in California. He jumped rope, rode a stationary bike, and ran laps (including running a full Marathon—26.2 miles—in the freezer, which was 1,150 laps). Maybe some of those CA teams can rent time?
