Discuss, report WCLL games, February 20th-25th

Those cows have been stinking up the place since I was there in the early 90s. . .

Have the Aggies gone back to the Mustang as the mascot? In 1993 they voted in a big fat dairy cow as the "official" mascot. . .just curious.

Highway 113 is a State Route and not an Interstate highway...

Very surprised by that score. Cal poly just tired from three games in three days or did Dulut just dominate? Anyone have any insight?

Very impressive game from UMD. Dominated the play with the exception of the first goal from Poly on a great bounce shot. 4 - 1 end of first. Duluth increased the lead to 5-1 at half. Pulled away in the second half as Poly conituned to apply pressure. Was 10-1 at one point late in the fourth before the final of 11-3. Hard fought game by two classy teams.

This was not a fluke, although Poly did play tough all weekend. They looked a bit tired in the second half when the game was out of reach.

Coach Myers and his Cal Poly team are very classy, and we're happy they could join us for the blizzard of fun this weekend turned out to be.

Duluth is a very good team. Patient, disciplined, percise.
