i know there was a thread about this early in the pre-season, but i don't remember what it said... How frequent are the polls coming out this year? Was it Bi-weekly, alternating A & B league... or something similar to that?

That is exactly correct. It is bi-weekly with one of the polls coming out each week. This week it was the B poll. Next week A. Followed by B and so on.
