Has anyone else noticed what a great web site this is??
I saw on the score page that Western Michigan dropped a game to Vandy 8 - 5, and Purdue also lost to the Commodores 8 - 2. I know that a couple years ago WMU was at the top of their game and gave the Michigan a real scare in their game at Mattawan. So I was wondering how the Broncos stack up this year, and also wondered who Vandy is. Clicked on the Vanderbilt name in the scoreboard and it took me right to their home score page and roster. How sweet is that!
I then looked at the pedigree on Vanderbilt's team and was really impressed! A lot of these boys have been playing quality lacrosse for many years - an 8 -5 loss tells me a little more now. But how are 'dem Broncos?

It was the first game of the season so I'm not worried yet. If the boys come back 0-3 from their trip to the south, then I'll start to get worried.

well UGA [myteam] beat tennessee 8-5 then Vandy beat tennessee i think 8-7
then vandy beat WMU 8-5 and then we beat WMU 19-7
im not sure when their next game is.... but i think its against south florida... maybe im wrong.... but we beat them 22-3 i think, but WMU is def a better team than South florida.

WMU played Emory last night but I'm not sure what the score was. Also, only the players that could afford the trip went on it so we were about a dozen people short playing against the southern teams.
Not trying to make excuses for the losses but hopefully with this trip under our belt and with a complete roster from now on, we should be in a lot better shape.
