Wow, talk about a lack of confidence in fellow GRLC teams to pull out some OOC wins....only 2 of 8 isn't much love to the conference! Oh well, that's your opinion.

In his defense, the GRLC typically has not done well against OCC opponents....hopefully this is the season of change

Looking at records and rankings those are probably the "favorites" to win. It's not necessarily who I want to win, but who I think will win. Good luck to the GRLC teams playing this weekend. I hope to see some upsets this weekend.

To be COMPLETELY fair, The losses our conference takes are at the national top 10 level. Our loss to st. thomas was after a long game with creighton. Lindenwood was 5-2 against OOC teams last year. The top of the GRLC can compete with anyone. You can't sell this conference short.

I'm stoked Illinios finally got the recognition they deserved in thier top 25 ranking. It's been due for some time.

Our motivation is really always that we are on the short end of the conversation. When we aren't, we foul up (Augustana), and furthermore are unable to see it because the size of our egos. Its always easier to start from the bottom, given the bottom is from the top 6. I just want to make sure the rest of the MCLA knows that the GRLC will bring it hard every time.

Rolla v. Emory

SLU v. Emory

are both cancelled due to ice on the fields at AB SoccerPark. We hoped that we had picked weather-proof fields. We were wrong. We are going to wait until after the weekend to discuss rescheduling. I used all my energy up trying to find a field or make the game happen despite the weather.

We plowed it today and it was great for the first game (props to troy for making that happen i thought it was going to be cancelled for sure), then about the end of the second quarter of the second game it started to snow again. Got a little crazy by the end and has a nice film of snow on top. It has quit snowing (for now) and shouldn't be too bad. Not sure if its worth it to plow the little bit thats there, or to just brush the lines. Can't really know for sure till the morning.

The field should be great for tommorrow the only real ? is the first 11:00 game.

Thanks for all the hard work to put this weekend together Lindenwood! Nice timing with the Mardi Gras festivities too, the guys seemed to enjoy the company in the hot tub last night.

Just wondering if Harding has submitted their roster to Mike Annalla. I notice it is not posted on mcla.us yet. When we faxed ours over and it was posted within a few hours. Want to make sure today's game makes the record books. I realize their roster is posted on their own site, but the MCLA is the one administrators go by. Can anyone help confirm we are good to go?
