Just tidbits:

His son, Wes, is a quarterback coach at Baylor.
His daughter, Tracy, is an actress.

In Waco Tribune Herald this morning, Wes was elated that his dad is moving to Big D which is closer than traveling to San Diego.

And Wade will be out as the Head Coach in under 3 years. He is there to groom Jason Garrett as the future coach. Jerry Jones is killing this team.

things that can be guaranteed:

1) DeMarcus Ware goes absolutely nuts next year..... Just because he can within the right scheme...

2) Roy Williams and Marcus Spears shine because Wade has never had anyone like them.

3) This doubles the amount of pressure on Jason Garrett due to the fact that the HC is ALL defense....

4) My gut disagrees, but my brain tells me that TO is gone after this season.... About 95% caused by

5) Romo will be a top five QB next year...

6) I loved Singletary, but the Cowboys will still be better than last year...

7) We are two years away from a beautiful reunion of the boys and niners in the nfc championship.....

Has anyone mentioned that Wade Phillips has had a less than impressive run as a head coach? I would find that statistic concerning...

Wade Phillips has just as much chance as Parcells did at running this team into the ground. Parcells was a .500 coach while here, and Dallas fans are sick of hearing about the Hall of Fame crap. Phillips is the same coach except he tells funny jokes. not excited at all in Dallas.

The Dallas COwboys are not about making the playoffs and just being good, they are about SUper Bowls.
peace.

Granted I am not a Dallas Cowboys fan, I still strongly feel that Jerry Jones never handled the dismissal of Tom Landry well back then. He was the one who made the decisions of hiring those coaches. Wade Phillips is an okay choice, so that remains to be seen. By the way, he better leave his son, Wes alone at Baylor.
