Guy here in Pittsburgh got upset with his kid last night and put her outside because she wouldn't go to bed. She's an infant (a few monthes old) and it's 3 deg here!

Yeap, he hit her in the head and left her outside wrapped in a blanket unconscious in freezing temperatures.

1) Stick him outside naked in freezing temps till he freezes to death.
