oh man that is really bad, at least put some effort into it.

being a graphic design major, it pains me to think of how much money the ncaa spent, or maybe worse, didn't spend on this logo. the player himself doesn't bother me too much. it's a little clumbsy, and could have been rendered (especially in the "shinguard" area) better. maybe slimming the figure down a bit or having it in a different pose could have helped. what i think is absolutely horrendous is the word "lacrosse." the type setting, type face, kerning, everything. it's awful. it looks like a fourth grader drew bubble letters in his three subject notebook and gave it to the ncaa as the design.

Man that's bad. They could have chosen a better pose and maybe tried putting a little mesh in the head?? If you have never seen lacrosse before you would not understand what the stick is supposed to look like. I hope this doesn't last.
